30-Day "Try It at Home" Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love SpeakyPaws. Open the box, record your words and give the buttons a real try. If it isn't a fit for any reason, you can return your set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it has been opened, recorded on and used.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at speakypaws.contacto@gmail.com (or use our contact page) with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
  3. Send the set back with all its parts (4 buttons, base and training card).

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your set arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us at speakypaws.contacto@gmail.com within 7 days of noticing the issue (a photo helps) and we'll send a free replacement. No need to return the faulty item.

Customers in the EU and UK

In addition to this guarantee, you keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your legal warranty rights for non-conforming goods.
